Cooking...
Sup. So a few peeps have asked me how the cooking has gone since I've been married. Well, we made an amazing roast for sunday dinner! It was so freakin good! I was very proud..that was def. the first roast I've ever made! haha..I know it's lame..but you gotta start sometime right? I made some amazing taco's the other night as well. I would say cooking has been a success so far! I'll get a hang of it more the more I cook. Ege is such an awesome helper as well. He'll chop veggies..or set the table..or even help with the dishes. He can make some great chicken as well. So in answer to your question on how the cooking is going..it's going awesome. Now if ya'll have some amazing recipes please share them with me! :)

Of course I remember. It is so good to hear from you. How have you been? You two are a cute couple. Are you still in St. George?
Wow..."Look at you, a little homemaker in your home cookin' your little hubby a roast!" LOL! j/k!
What a women!! Would you like to come over to my house and whip up a few meals for us? =]
How are you??
We need to schedule an appt to come in and meet with Cyn? Does she have anything open the week of April 14-18. (We will have a babysitter that week for the WILD CHILD!! haha!) Let me know...
The question is, how long will the cooking last?! LOL I only say that because I did good at first and now, well it has gone down the drain! LOL I have got to get back to being a good wife like you! So happy you guys are doing so well!
Look at you busting out those cooking skills. How did the zesty italian crock pot chicken turn out? I will get my act together and start getting you those recipee's soon. If you want a new recipee every week my cousin just started "Tasty Tuesday"...yeah she is a weirdo I know. Anyway she is posting recipee's that are supposed to be for normal people with normal ingrediants...she has issues with the food network. So when you go to my blog follow the family link under Shane and Ollie.
Hey Chica ... look at you! ;) Sounds like things are going great! ;) Cooking is so much fun together in the kitchen. Regarding recipes...we love chicken parmesan and we also love hawaiian haystacks as well. Have you had either of those dishes? :) They are easy and yummy! Let me know if you want the recipes. :) love ya :)
I'm so proud of you! I don't know if you knew this, but I'm in the process of putting all our family recipes on a blog! It's just about done - check it out!

I have noticed myself stubbling on your blog a lot to see what you wrote about. So, I have decided that we should become blogging friends! Is that ok???? My blog is private so email me your email at artichokendj@yahoo.com so we can be blog friends, if you want, but please want too! Than this way I can leave comments and not feel so sneaky!

Thanks for that comment about Brok... I think he is cute but mom's think that about their own kids!!! You sound like you are totally enjoying married life... it is great I tell ya what... becomes more fun to spend time together alone when you have a kid though!!! LOL
Your doing awesome! I still don't cook. Poor Sita, he is such a big guy with a love of food, and I'm sure it was his dream for his wife to be a good cook. :(
Learning to cook is fun! My problem was learning to slim down what my Mom taught me to cook for our whole family to 2 people! I have 2 recipes that I can think of that are so easy and Marcus just thinks I'm amazing for them. So remind me to email them to ya...they are out of my reach right now cause I'm gimpy but I'll have Marcus get them later!
While you're cookin...why don't you cook up another post?
Heather, I am just sitting here by my lonesome tonight while my hubby is at work and you popped into my mind! How are ya? How is your hubby's work schedule?
Sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to you. We are in North Carolina. Derek is at Dental School and I am a secretary at an office in Chapel Hill. We love NC, it has been a fun year.
Doing great. Nate is playing catch up for the hours of work he missed with MRSA so he should have been home tonight and last night but we are Daddyless. :(
I feel your pain about the long weekends! Every other weekend Nate works 30 hours. 8am-11pm on Saturday and Sunday. This also makes going to church hard on those Sundays.
For happy news Gracen can now roll from tummy to back and back to tummy. And Brecken always gives your mom a big HI and long hug every time we visit and has learned to say sorry. It is so cute I will have to get a video of it posted!
Hey hey hey, I am so glad you started a blog, I had fun looking at some pics of your weedding on another blog but it's fun to catch up on eveything else and more cute pics. Jake and I are well. i'm working full time for an ortho and he's going to law school so we're super busy but happy. Congrats you two are ... how you say CA-UTE!
